## Buyer questions

- **Do I need a licence?** Not for PMR446 radios. Licensed VHF/UHF and DMR radios need an EETT frequency assignment in Greece. PoC radios use the mobile network and need no frequency licence.
- **How far do PMR446 radios reach?** Box figures (for example up to 4 km or 10 km) are manufacturer figures in open terrain. In towns and buildings the range is usually a few hundred metres to a couple of kilometres.
- **What are the running costs of PoC?** A data SIM and a PoC platform subscription for every radio, every month. The shop quotes them on request.
- **Can I get a quote and a VAT invoice for a company?** Yes. Use "Request a business quote" on a product page or https://ptt.gr/contact.

## Limits: when PTT is not the right choice

- PMR446 channels are shared with the public and are not private; use DMR or PoC for confidential traffic.
- PoC radios do not work without mobile network coverage and have monthly costs.
- Licensed DMR radios cannot be used before EETT assigns frequencies.
- Repeaters are not sold online yet; ask for a quote.
- Products marked "price on request" have no online price: request a quote.
- Delivery is to Greece and Cyprus only.
