Frequently asked questions
Where is the shop?
At Κορίνθου 7, 54453 Thessaloniki. Before you come, call us on +30 2310 944433 to make sure the model you want is available.
When are you open?
Mon–Fri 09:00–16:00, Sat 10:00–14:30. Outside these hours, email us at info@ptt.gr or send a quote request from the product page.
Do you ship radios outside Thessaloniki?
Yes. We ship from Thessaloniki to all of Greece and Cyprus. Shipping is calculated in the basket from the destination and the weight.
Do you programme the radios before delivery?
Yes. DMR and analogue radios are delivered programmed with your licensed frequencies, and PoC radios set up with SIM data and a platform account, once the quote is agreed.
Do I need a licence to use a two-way radio?
Not for PMR446 walkie-talkies. DMR and analogue radios on business frequencies need a frequency assignment from EETT, and we help with the application. PoC radios need no frequency licence, because they talk over the mobile network.
Need radios for your team?
Tell us how many people need to talk, where and over what distance, and we will suggest a setup with a written quote.
