Motorola MOTOTRBO DP2400e — Overview
The DP2400e has no display or keypad, which is exactly what many crews want: pick the channel with the knob and talk. It handles analogue and DMR digital, transmits 1–5 W, is rated IP55 and meets MIL-STD 810. Motorola quotes 7–12 hours in analogue and 10–17 hours in digital, depending on the battery. Available in VHF or UHF.

What it does

Analogue and DMR digital
Runs on analogue channels today and on DMR digital when you are ready, so a fleet can move to digital step by step.
Two calls per channel
DMR splits one 12.5 kHz channel into two time slots, so two conversations share one licensed frequency.
IP55 protection
Protected against dust and low-pressure water jets.
MIL-STD 810
Tested by the manufacturer against the US military 810 standards for shock, vibration, heat and dust.
