Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use as few as possible. Necessary cookies do not need consent; everything else is switched on only if you accept it.

1. Necessary cookies

Without these the basket, checkout and sign-in do not work.

• ptt.sid: keeps your basket, wishlist and sign-in (up to 7 days).
• lang: remembers the language you chose (1 year).
• cookie_consent: remembers your cookie choices (6 months).

2. Statistics

These show us where visitors come from and which pages help. They are set only with your consent.

• trk_attr, trk_attr_last: the first and latest source of your visit (e.g. Google search, Skroutz), so we know which channels bring orders (6 months). Stored only on our own server.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), if enabled: traffic statistics (up to 2 years).

3. Advertising

These measure how our ads perform and are set only with your consent.

• Google Ads (_gcl_*), if enabled.
• Meta Pixel (_fbp), if enabled.

4. Third-party services

• Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form, to stop spam.
• Live chat, if enabled: it loads only when you press the chat button.

5. Changing your choices

You can change your consent from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the basket will not work.
